Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Samsung C&T Fashion Group‘s premium sportswear brand RAPIDO unveils its “Retro Sports – PLAYFUL” capsule collection for the fall season.

Launched in 1988, the China-based brand combines activewear and sartorial street style in a range of elevated sportswear basics. Known for fusing style and functionality, RAPIDO consists of three collections: the “Intensive” line which monochromatically focuses on performance, a “Premium” line that predominantly highlights outerwear pieces, and a “Retro” line that incorporates primary-colored accents alongside referential logos and graphics. The offering emphasizes “Playful” this season as it features reimagined varsity jacket and logo patch hoodies referencing its retro theme in contrasting panels and geometric patterns, while cropped sweatpants and leggings further emphasize the brand’s sports DNA, symbolizing youth, energy and street culture.

In a mashup of sportswear and New York City street style, the lookbook showcases this collection against the picturesque cityscape, while enhancing its playful aesthetic as well as its red, yellow and blue embellishments to align with the capsule’s theme.
