Young Thug's Name Change Probably Won't Be Permanent
His next project will drop as soon as Travi$ Scott sends his verse in.
Today, Young Thug stopped by Travi$ Scott‘s new show for Beats 1 for an exclusive interview. Sitting down with his frequent collaborator, Thugger revealed some new information regarding his recently-reported name change and his forthcoming project. While he confirmed that “No, My Name Is Jeffery” will indeed be his new name, Thug added that it looks like the change will be a temporary switch-up. “”I’m Jeffery for one f*cking week…If I don’t sell a 100,000 copies,” Thug says. Also, Thugger says that his new Jeffery project is “gonna be held back six hours for Travis Scott,” implying that a new Travi$ Scott verse is the final touch the record needs before it drops.
