Kodak Black Could Face up to 30 Years in Prison
The Healthy Kid has been accused of sexual battery.
Last week, Kodak Black avoided prison time after a judge sentenced him to one year of house arrest and five years of probation after pleading no contest to various charges including robbery, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent. However, just before he was released, authorities discovered that the Healthy Kid had two active warrants — misdemeanor charges of marijuana — and transferred him from Broward Main Jail to St. Lucie County Jail. Now, the “No Flockin” rapper is facing another felony charge that could get him locked up for a long time. According to the Sun-Sentinel, Kodak is accused of committing sexual battery at a hotel in Florence, South Carolina on the night of February 7, after a performance at Club Compound a night prior for Francis Marion University’s homecoming. The crime carries a maximum of 30 years in prison; Kodak’s attorney, Gary Kollin, has declined to comment on this case. Learn more about the case via KollegeKid.
