Arcade Fire has teased another potential new single with the release of a short 45 second cereal advert. The cereal is named “Creature Comfort,” while a song of the same name, debuted by the Canadian band at the recent Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona, soundtracks the mock advert. The fictitious cereal is described as “100% marshmallows, 100% fun” and comes with a tagline that also makes up the chorus of the track: “Creature comfort, make it painless.”
Although there has been no official announcement of a release date for Creature Comfort, fans are speculating that it will be the second single from the upcoming “Everything Now” album which is scheduled to drop on July 28. The album’s title track, co-produced by Daft Punk’s Thomas Bangalter, was released along with a video earlier this month.
