TDE's Newest Member Lance Skiiiwalker Releases "Speed"

Earlier this month, every TDE member sent tweets with a question mark to the account @skiiiwalker, a “singer/producer” from Chicago who produced three tracks on Jay Rock’s 90059. It has now been revealed that Lance Skiiiwalker is the newest member of the collective, and today, he shares his first treat, the lo-fi funk-infused tune “Speed.” You can hear his voice working through the grimy instrumental that contains extended segments of heavy bass and rough static before things brighten up towards the end of the song. “Speed” definitely marks a different sonic direction for the California label.
