18 months after the movie was first announced, the first trailer for Drew Pearce’s Hotel Artemis has been released. The movie is set in a dystopian near-future when Los Angeles is divided by riots. The trailer shows Waikiki and Honolulu — played by Sterling K. Brown and Atlanta star Bryan Tyree Henry – take part in an armed robbery that goes wrong.

When Honolulu is injured in the robbery, the duo turn to the titular Hotel Artemis, a secret members-only hospital for criminals run by The Nurse, played by Jodie Foster. While in the hotel, Waikiki and Honolulu encounter other criminals played by Sofia Boutella, Charlie Day and Dave Bautista, as well as Jeff Goldblum‘s The Wolf King looking to retrieve what the duo stole.
