Nike Air Max Imaginairs Featuring Junkai Wang and 15 Artists' Works
Celebrating in Greater China this Monday March 26
Leading up to the celebration of Air Max Day, HYPEBEAST and Nike Greater China teamed up with Wang Junkai (TFBoys) and young animator Tommy Ng to capture the creative spirit of the ‘WJK’ footwear as part of the Nike Air Max Zero “Imaginairs” collection. The short animation depicts Wang Junkai as a cartoon character sporting the Air Max in a dream-like state, straddling the lines between fantasy and reality.
Other creative mediums in Greater China’s Nike Air Max Day celebration include the interactive 3D Air Max World, Air Max 270 illustrations, Nike inspired face tattoos and inflation fashion figurines by artists Terrace House’s Lauren Tsai, instagram artist John Yuyi, digital artist Zhang Zhoujie, graphic designer Yoshirotten, and Pronounce designer, toy maker Chino Lam and 9 more artist in the campaign.
