Shia LaBeouf Reveals He Donated Clothes to Kanye West
“The dude has a lot of my sh*t.”
In a new interview, Shia LaBeouf opens up about his career, rehab stint and arrest, among other savory topics. However, perhaps the juiciest tidbit dropped by the Transformers star is in relation to Kanye West: LaBeouf reveals that Kanye “took all [his] fucking clothes.”
Supposedly, around the time that West was developing The Life of Pablo, LaBeouf “took [his] mother to his concert” and went backstage, where West “was a fucking sweetheart to [LaBeouf's mother],” who “is, of course, obsessed with Kanye West.” Later, the actor went to West’s home to discuss potential collaborations, at which point he asked LaBeouf for some clothes for a pop-up shop. “And it just felt fair,” says LaBeouf. “So I’m like, ‘Go for it, my guy. Take everything you want.’ And he did. He took all my fucking clothes.”
No word from Team Kanye about LaBeouf influencing West’s moves in the fashion world, but in an outtake for “No More Parties in L.A.” West admitted, “I wish I dressed as fresh as Shia LaBeouf.” Read the entire interview over on Esquire‘s site.
