According to Allhiphop.com Gang Starr founding member is recovering from a successful surgery yesterday. The rapper suffered a massive heart attack over the weekend. Despite online rumors of the artist’s death friends of the 43-year old revealed that he is doing “fine”, expecting a full recovery soon. Guru’s partner DJ Premier also confirmed the news on his official twitter page. However, he is still in a medically-induced coma. Let’s hope for the best and that a speedy recovery becomes reality.
