FILA Brings Back the Boisterous Tourissimo Model
Throwback to the ’80s.
The retro sneaker movement lives on with FILA‘s revived Tourissimo silhouette. The original 1989 high-top court model returns this year with modern tooling that decreases the shoe’s weight while maintaining its extravagant design.
The 2018 FILA Tourissimo stays true to the OG design blueprint by maintaining classic upper elements such as the ankle support and stabilizer system, overhauling them with contemporary TPU and polymer blend construction. Rubber EVA tooling at the sole unit reduces more weight, while a full grain leather upper in a white/navy version and a predominantly black colorway offer timeless looks that prove to stand the test of time.
