Diadora Set to Release Retro "Double Action" Pack With GETABACO
Return of the Rebound Ace and N9002 models.
Japanese shoelace specialists GETABACO tap Diadora for a commemorative pair of sneakers, tying into a special pop-up at STYLES Daikanyama. The collaborative release centers around two classic Diadora models, selected for their heritage.
The tennis-ready Rebound Ace and N9002 runner each offer a pair of colorways inspired by retro Diadora sneakers and ads. Bold swatches of orange, blue and beige complement the white leather uppers, with tonal sock liners and outsoles further emphasizing the bold accents. To round out the package, GETABACO will include a specific pair of laces with each model — thick pink and white rope laces are capped with black, blue or orange, solidifying the old-school inspiration.
Expect the sneakers to launch February 23, the same date that the pop-up at STYLES begins. Diadora recently issued more progressive designs in the form of two bold, Italian-made N9000s.
