Slim Jesus' Mic Gets Snatched on Stage
By a rapper called Black Jesus.
Although the Slim Jesus buzz has died down quite a bit since the release of “Drill Time,” the Ohio rapper continues to ride on his new-found fame — at one point even had Birdman interested in signing him. Slim recently kicked off a tour, and his first stop was in Canada’s capital of Ottawa. In the middle of his performance of his viral song, a rapper by the name of Black Jesus (but not this one) forcefully snatched the mic off the Frank Block rapper’s hand, before shouting to the crowd: “Support real hip-hop, b*tch!” While the incident sure looks disrespectful, Slim Jesus looked surprisingly okay with it.
