Jay Z to Produce Upcoming Biopic on The Life of Richard Pryor

[gallery columns="3"]After signing on to a two-year film and TV deal with The Weinstein Company last week, it appears Jay Z has wasted no time and will be producing an upcoming biopic about the life of renowned comedian Richard Pryor according to FADER. In the press release Jay Z had this to say: “I’m excited to tell stories from real-life prophets, whom through their struggles have changed the world for the better, and others whose stories are filled with fantasy and delight.” The announcement was made last night during a press conference in New York City where Jay Z and Harvey Weinstein made the announcement.
