“There’s nothing wrong with asking for help.”
[gallery columns="3"]Isaiah Rashad is an artist who is quite open and candid in both his music and interviews. Depression and drug dependency has been one of the topics he has spoken on. In a recent conversation with Peter Rosenberg and Cipha Sounds on the Juan Epstein podcast, Rashad shares that he was almost dropped by TDE because of his addiction issues. He also took to Twitter this past Sunday to give some words of encouragement to those who are dealing with similar illnesses. He instructs victims not to “go through the problems in [their] head alone” and that there is “nothing wrong with asking for help.” Read his tweets below.
