Bloc Party Officially Announce & Break Down Comeback Album 'HYMNS'
Their first album in several years is on the horizon.

Last week. Bloc Party officially announced their comeback album and dropped off its first single, “The Love Wtihin.” Entitled HYMNS, the album will serve as their first release since their self-imposed hiatus. Now, Bloc Party have formally and officially announced the LP. Breaking down the specifics of HYMNS, the popular indie group have announced that the album will see release on January 29, 2016 via BMG, Infectious Music & Vagrant. Production the project was handled by Tim Bran and Roy Kerr, whose collective resume boasts work for La Roux, Little Boots, Ladyhawke and others. David Wrench of FKA twigs and Caribou fame is said to have worked on the mixing and mastering side. The band recently performed both songs for a Maida Vale session for BBC Radio 6 Music.
