A$AP Rocky Throws His Mic Onstage After His Set Is Cut Short
During a performance in China.
After stepping down in London for the AWGE x Selfridges Bodega event, A$AP Rocky headed over to Shanghai, China for a special performance. However, things didn’t go as planned for the rapper, as his mic was cut off during the show for unknown reasons.
With a recent video posted to Twitter, A$AP can be heard saying, “Fuck that. Y’all not gonna cut,” before his mic is turned off. Following the abrupt end, Rocky slams the microphone on the stage. According to Chinese media, Rocky and the A$AP Mob team have been in Shanghai this week for an A$AP Nast show and an exhibition promoting the new app Innersect. The Innersect Music Festival runs from October 5-7 and also includes Rich Chigga and Scott Campbell.
