Malaysian designer Joe Chia recently presented his namesake label’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection. Tapping into performance art, models engage in obscure poses as they flaunt minimalist yet edgy wares spanning oversized down coats with storm hoods, distressed denim jackets and matching pants, patchwork overshirts, and padded trousers with slight tapering. The most eye-catching piece goes to a lightweight sheet emblazoned with a large portrait.
