Heinz‘s Australian marketing team has upped its game for its newest advertisement. As part of the new “Can Size for Every Aussie” Baked Beans campaign, Heinz has released a three-minute animation short that could rival Pixar‘s short films. The family-friendly narrative revolves around the character Geoff, whose life we follow in the style of Disney‘s Up intro montage, from a young job applicant, to the head of Innovation at Heinz, to starting his own family. The ad definitely tugs at our heartstrings and is perhaps even more touching given that it took over a year to create.
