Masseria Moroseta Is The Summer Shelter We All Dreamed About
Live like a local.
Designed by Andrew Totter, founder of the Openhouse Magazine, Masseria Moroseta is a stunning white stone farmhouse nestled in a five-hectare olive grove just minutes from the infamous city of Ostuni. Built using traditional techniques and local materials, the masserie was modeled after ancient fortified farmhouses, yet with a unique design element that is modern and sophisticated. The 80cm thick walls with recycled insulation and vaulted ceilings reduce the need of air-conditioning during hot days and heating in the winter time. Electricity and heat are all provided through solar panels, while food and drink served are either self-produced by owners or local farmers. With a central courtyard, the two suites and four rooms each have their own outdoor seating area, while a communal veranda overlooks the large pool with incredible views of the Adriatic Sea.
You can now book this superb B&B with rooms that range from €90 EUR in low season to €160 EUR in high season (approximately $103 USD to $180 USD). Visit the official website to make your reservation.
