Training to portray a superhero has become notorious for being a long and arduous process, especially for those playing characters in DC’s Extended Universe. A recently released video shows just what Israeli actress and model Gal Gadot went through to become Wonder Woman. The video offers a look at the Wonder Woman training regime which included two hours of weightlifting, two hours of fight choreography, and two hours of horseback riding daily. Gadot’s training lasted six months and the actress-model who served in the Israeli army claims that her preparation for the film was tougher than her time in the army.
