Levi's Vintage Clothing 2017 Spring/Summer Collection Is Inspired By "The Summer of Love"
Depicting the 1967 cultural movement.
Levi’s Vintage Clothing recently released a lookbook displaying its 2017 spring/summer collection, which was inspired by the “The Summer of Love” cultural movement of 1967. The images highlight the key pieces from the collection and recreates the same mood of freedom from the initiative that saw more than 100,000 people sporting hippie aesthetics of dress converging on San Francisco’s Haight-Ashbury neighborhood. LVC’s 2017 spring/summer collection comprised of trucker jackets, jeans and T-shirts is built upon its 1962 551Z jeans, psychedelic prints and other designs recalling trends from the ’60s. Check out the 2017 spring/summer lookbook above and read our investigation of why people love LVC here.
