Taylor Kitsch & Michael Shannon Clash in New 'Waco' Trailer

The upcoming six-part miniseries Waco starring Taylor Kitsch and Michael Shannon has a new trailer. Based on true events, the series follows a 51-day standoff between David Koresh’s (Taylor Kitsch) religious sect and the FBI in 1993, which ended in a deadly fire and 77 casualties, including Koresh himself.
The series draws from two biographies based on these events called A Place Called Waco and Stalling for Time: My Life as an FBI Hostage Negotiator, bringing the perspectives of each side. Watch the trailer above and tune into Waco January 24 on Paramount Network.
