Fresh off a 2017 spring/summer collection unveil which focuses on British inspiration, Japanese label soe now gives us it’s fall/winter collection lookbook preview which returns home to Tokyo and focuses on academic and conservative concepts and cues. With a balanced selection of trench coats, jackets and knitwear, the outerwear selection is mostly comprised of darker hues but is occasionally highlighted with graphics and plaid. The standout items include a set of matching Persian orange and black plaid jacket, mittens and scarf.

Overall this collection conveys beautifully the modern loose fit design aesthetic while incorporating an academic feel. You can check out soe’s website for more information.
