Opening Ceremony's Global Varsity Collection Is Inspired by 47 Countries of the World
Highlighting each country’s unique attributes through color, symbols and patterns.
To celebrate its 15-year anniversary, Opening Ceremony is set to release its Global Varsity Collection, inspired by 47 countries of the world. The collection was created to highlight inclusiveness and cultural diversity, celebrating immigrants past and present that have made their way to America. Each varsity jacket draws from international flags and displays each country’s unique attributes through color, symbols and patterns. Additionally, the varsity jacket range is accompanied by an assortment of T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps that feature the same international flag decoration. Varsity jackets are priced from $525 to $1,195 USD and the rest of the pieces found in the collection are priced from $55 to $395 USD. Opening Ceremony’s Global Varsity collection will be available online and in-store at Opening Ceremony January 27.
