adidas Gives the Ultra Boost a New Primeknit Upper
Dots and stripes all around.
adidas makes a bid to renew the appeal of the Ultra Boost with an all-new Primeknit construction as seen here. A base of black allows thick parallel pink knit ribs to stand out, while a dotted pattern is evident on the toe, the tongue, and around the heel tab. Meanwhile, a simple black TPU lace cage and heel cup, and white full-length Boost sole finish off the silhouette. A special emblem on the tongue that reads “CNY” or “NYC” also denotes what might be a special release.
