Streetsnaps: Paris Women's Fashion Week 2016
Streetwear conquers the Parisian streets this March.
In the wake of Men’s Fashion Week, Paris has re-geared itself for its most prestigious fashion event of the season with women’s Fashion Week. The stately avenues of the French capital saw anything but regal fashions, however, with the abundance of streetwear among the crowds entering, leaving and flitting in between a packed schedule of shows. In addition to the now standard roster of MA-1 bombers, graphic hoodies and Gosha Rubchinskiy pieces, there were also a number of pieces making creative use of appliqué and embroidery to add a more elevated form of visual interest to otherwise commonplace garments.
