The first week of February brought with it some exciting news from the world of streetwear, footwear and music alike, with the restocking of the Black Yeezy Boost 350 and a new Drake track stealing the spotlight. We also gained some valuable knowledge regarding the most expensive sneakers of the resell market last year, which broke the $1 billion USD mark in the United States alone. New Balance’s crisp white take on the pared-back ML1980 concludes the sneaker news in our latest top 10. Coming off his acting debut in Dope, A$AP Rocky added to his extensive resume by joining the cast of Marvels Avengers Academy, for which he voices a superhero in the franchise’s latest video game. Elsewhere we saw Burberry come under fire for hiring Brooklyn Beckham to photograph its latest Burberry Brit perfume campaign, while Nikon were forced to apologize for awarding a prize to a poorly altered photograph in a competition. The only tech-related story that makes our weekly list is the launch of OneGo, a new subscription-based air flight program that allows users to fly an unlimited amount of times domestically for a set monthly fee.
