Lil Yachty Responds to J. Cole’s “Everybody Gotta Die” Diss
Lil Boat also explains why he said “f*ck J. Cole” five years ago.
On Friday, J. Cole dropped a new documentary titled Eyez. The 40-minute segment features music videos for two new songs titled “False Prophets” and “Everybody Dies.” While it appears that Kanye West is the targeted subject of the former, it appears that Lil Yachty and Lil Uzi Vert were the rappers dissed on “Everybody Dies.” In a recent interview backstage at Cali Christmas 2016, Yachty admits he doesn’t listen to J. Cole’s music but says that he likes him in general. Lil Boat also reveals that he said he tweeted “f*ck J. Cole” five years ago because he was 14 at the time and just trolling.
