This Levitating Cloud Doubles as a Bluetooth Speaker and a Light Source

Continuing 2014’s Smart Cloud project, Richard Clarkson and Crealev are back to unveil a floating version called “Making Weather.” The first prototype shows a levitating cloud over a reflective oval base through the use of magnetic components. The cloud then rotates and bobbles above the base to achieve a “more realistic atmospheric experience.” Just like the original, Making Weather features a built-in Bluetooth speaker and sound reactive LED lights. Again, this is just a prototype, but the two companies are hoping to bring this beautiful speaker system to the homes of consumers all around the world in the very near future, so stay tuned.
