The Smart "Cloud" by Richard Clarkson

New York-/New Zealand-based Richard Clarkson and his eponymous studio present their latest project: Cloud. A “fully featured unit,” the smart Cloud comes powered by an Arduino within its felted hypoallergenic-filled sponge and offers color-changing lights, speakers, remote capabilities and motion detection – thus creating a portable thunderstorm that can kick on as soon as you enter the room. Better yet, the design is equipped with built-in Bluetooth, so you can stream your tunes to coincide with the storm. Built on a made-to-order basis, the unique Cloud is now available online from the studio.
