Enfants Riches Déprimés Unveils Its 2017 Spring/Summer Looks
Nods to David Lynch, Robert Motherwell and more.

Since its establishment back in 2012, Henri Alexander’s French punk-meets-streetwear imprint Enfants Riches Déprimés (which translated to “Depressed Rich Children”) has skewed towards the counterculture and the label’s upcoming Spring/Summer 2017 release is no different. Chicly disheveled, the seasonal release builds on the likes of this year’s Japanese avant-garde inspiration and nods to Johnny Thunders, Lou Reed and Jim Carroll’s seminal The Basketball Diaries, this time paying homage to the dark existentialism of David Lynch’s Mulholland Drive, Robert Motherwell’s New York School of abstract expressionist painting and more.
Bookended by timeless punk motifs like the iron cross and the tried-and-true boots of Dr. Martens, Enfants Riches Déprimés’ new pieces will drop early next year. In the meantime, the brand’s current selection can be found now via its web store.
