Canadian denim label Naked & Famous is ringing in the Chinese New Year of the Fire Monkey with a suitably themed pair of jeans in their Super Skinny Guy fit. Made of rigid 12-ounce Japanese selvedge denim, the fabric was custom-made for Naked & Famous and features a metallic gold and red selvedge. A custom leather patch designed by prominent comic book artist Alvin Lee is attached to the back of the waist, where a fearsome Fire Monkey is depicted in gold, leaping through flames and holding a banana in one hand and a shuttle in the other. Now available online at Tate + Yoko for $160 USD.
