For Fall/Winter 2015, maharishi sub-label MHI takes cues from the flagship’s “The Path to Stealth & The Five Pointillist Styles of Chi Gung Fu” collection, offering nods to the Hong Kong martial arts flicks of the ’60s and ’70s. The result is a cut-and-sew collection of reinterpretations on the likes of classic military pieces and workwear as nylon parkas, MA-1s, and coach-style jackets are accompanied by loose-fitting deck pants, tapered sweats and more. The film inspiration is taken a step further with graphic nods and three-dimensional appliqué embellishments throughout both crew neck and hooded sweatshirts. As per usual, organic cottons feature heavily here while each piece is finished with MHI’s obsessive attention to quality and detail.

MHI’s Fall/Winter 2015 drop is available now via the maharishi web store.
