GREATS adds a herringbone tread to the Royale’s Margom rubber outsole.
The culmination of decades of basketball heritage, GREATS’ high-top Royale has been updated for the upcoming fall/winter season. Now employing a herringbone tread in addition to the design’s Margom rubber sole unit, the new Royales now sport a subtle color break and a slightly higher stance while offering improved traction over their predecessors — something that should come in handy in GREATS’ own Brooklyn stomping grounds in the months ahead. The Italian leather silhouette also now sports a slightly higher cut while once again donning veg-tanned calf skin lining.
Finished with the label’s signature bar tack stitch on the quarter panels and “G Spot” on the tongue, the affordable luxury kicks are now available in both “Dust” and “Plum” via GREATS’ own web store for $199 USD per pair.
