If you weren’t among the 400,000 gamers who attended Gamescom last week, you’re in luck: Microsoft has posted the entirety of its Rise of the Tomb Raider demo to YouTube. Clocking in at around 13 minutes, the demo does well to show off the action of the new game, as well as Lara’s evolution from 2013’s Tomb Raider reboot. Whereas that game depicted a more vulnerable heroine, the new installment sees a more badass Croft and one who is well-acquainted with weaponry. Here, we get our first good look at the character’s array of stealth and head-on attacks while the climbing, leaping and ledge-grabbing of the first game returns in all its glory.
Promising larger, more diverse and more challenging tombs, the Xbox One-exclusive is due out November 10.
