From MSFTSrep and 1234 Creations, Check dylAn's 'lowercase A'

As Jaden Smith explained, togetherness is a huge part of the MSFTSrep movement. Affiliate and frequent collaborator, featured on Jaden’s This Is The Album, dylAn just put out a 16-track project, lowercase A. In addition to producing some of the project himself producers Daniel D’artiste, Oshi, IIIAI, The Pyrvmids, Sum Total, Soft Glas, The Johnny Frost Band, Kabillion, Guffstar, and Matt Postrel all have credits. There’s vocals from Willow Smith on the NHBD-sampled track, “New Sweater V3” as well as features from Mecca (Crystal Mec), Jahkoy, Young $enna, Johnny Yukon, Kleber Jones, Tru, and Bee Honey. Clearly a huge collaborative effort, dylAn recognizes the project is very representative of his journey, as he explained in an email to HYPETRAK.

Musically it’s scattered all over the places, but my voice stays consistent and monotone. The music on the other hand takes a journey within itself; almost like it has a mind of it’s own. I wanted it to be very real, raw, and sporadic. From bedrooms.. from my dufflebag, this is what the past year of my life literally SOUNDS like. SOUND. I want people to focus on that, almost re-define it, and describe what SOUND(S) mean to them. It’s almost an experiment, and for sure is an experience. Also, it being my first ever whole project, it serves as a place to go in terms of understanding me and really hearing dylAn as an artist.
