Following their first try in 2013, the activist group Collective Shout initiated another campaign to have Tyler, The Creator‘s visa denied upon announcing shows in Australia in September of this year. It seems, according to Tyler’s Twitter, this second campaign has been successful.

The campaign cited Tyler’s lyrics supporting violence against women and alluded he is a “danger to a segment of the Australian community.” This also comes after him and one of the activist’s had words, him calling her a “fucking bitch” and a “fucking whore,” among other threats, to which she responded with a piece in The Guardian.
This is clearly a fairly hot topic provided the subject matter, and the fact that an artist is not allowed on an entire continent. Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
