Suicideyear featuring K9 - Scarr

Suicideyear transforms a song off his 2012 debut project from a darker-toned, rap-leaning instrumental into a sinister grime number for his latest release. As part of Suicideyear’s Japan LP, ”Scarr” was initially part of the first batch of songs that the popular producer shared with the listening public. Thanks to some aggressive, rapid-fire spitting from K9, it’s now Suicideyear’s first foray into grime. The new, K9-guided take on “Scarr” receives its debut via its official video, which is directed by Jim Alexander. It’s yet another side of Suicideyear’s ever-evolving creative palette, and also the first time K9 has linked up with an American producer from the south. Check out the new version of “Scarr” above.
