Mark Wahlberg Gets a Custom Pair of Bright Green Air Jordan 1s
Who wouldn’t want their own custom pair?
It’s not every day that someone gets their very own pair of customized Air Jordan 1s, as Mark Wahlberg did in the latest episode of A&E‘s Wahlburgers, and he was understandably ecstatic. Designed to fit the color scheme of Wahlberg’s family restaurant, the promotional silhouette has an upper of speckled green paneling upon a white base with black Swoosh branding and laces. However, given the shoe’s provenance, brother and family chef Paul downright rejected the custom Air Jordans despite the pleading of Mark and brother Donnie to make them the restaurant’s standard footwear, citing the reason that the lack of grip on the sole did not meet OSHA regulations, making the restaurant liable.
