Christopher Shannon collaborates with CAT Footwear for a third season.
Workwear purveyor CAT Footwear enlisted British designer and LCM headliner Christopher Shannon for a five-part collection featuring industrial-inspired designs for 2016. Following successful collaborations over the past two seasons, Christopher Shannon elected to take a unique direction for his third season with the brand by attempting to modernize industrial style via season-apropos designs. Featuring three pairs of shoes and two pairs of sandals, the sports-centric silhouettes are embellished with reflective webbing, lacing and metal details, and treated to a slew of eye-catching colors. Without deviating too far from CAT Footwear’s safety boot heritage, all five silhouettes are served up with hand-cut leather and suede details, as well as reflective piping reminiscent of the ’90s.
