boom-art x UWL-Surfboards Limited Edition "404 Series" Surfboards
boom-art and UWL-Surfboards release a limited edition collection of European art-inspired surfboards.

French art gallery boom-art has an appreciation and love for all things surf and skate culture, and the gallery has partnered with UWL-Surfboards for a limited edition collection of European art-inspired surfboards dubbed the “404 Series.” With names like ”Venus,” “Flowers” and “Simon” that allude to the masterpieces that influenced the collection, the surfboards feature the works of European masters like French artist Simon Marmion’s illuminated manuscripts, Rococo painter François Boucher’s classical cherubs, and Dutch painter Jan Van Huysum’s famous flowers. A photograph of Brigitte Bardot from 1961 is also seen on the “BB” board. All of the boards are handmade in France with polyester resin and hand-shaped polyurethane foam, and have hooks for display purposes. The collection is limited to a 10-board per design production run, and each board is individually numbered and comes with its own carrying case and authentic certificate of manufacture. You can now purchase the boom-art x UWL-Surfboards limited edition “404 Series” surfboards online for approximately $2,144 each.
