Twitter‘s popular and promising live-streaming app Periscope is finally live on Android. With its iOS counterpart launching two months ago and having amassed over 1 million users in its first 10 days, the app is looking to reach out to more users with this launch. Periscope allows users to live-stream and broadcast from your mobile device, while users can also watch broadcasts from users around the world. The main difference between the iOS and Android app is the way you start a broadcast, with the Android version adopting a red button on the broadcast screen, designed in accordance with Google’s Material Design principles. Overall, the app is streamlined and easy to use, and offers a new way for users to share their experiences. Download the app over at the Google Play Store here, and check out its iOS version here.
