Lima plays host to this exquisite home by Romo Arquitectos, named “S House.” Purposed as a beach house and located within Club Las Palmas, the architects and designers were tasked with taking advantage of the local terrain while maximizing living space for an ample amount of guests. Emphasizing functionality, the house holds six bedrooms around a large central courtyard. Allowing an abundant amount of natural light in, social spaces are a focus for gatherings among multiple families. A highlight is the semi-rustic aesthetic that epitomizes the design, with an emphasis on concrete, terrazo and mosaic seek.
