Kali Uchis "Rush" Music Video (Produced by Kaytranada & BADBADNOTGOOD)

Thanks to collective production by Kaytranada and BADBADNOTGOOD, Kali Uchis’ “Rush” single has a sort of ominous, wandering jazz feel of a ’70s driving montage, grounded by a groovy psychedelic pulse. The music video for the song matches the soundtrack to a T, paring the Por Vida track with dreamy visuals of Uchis and friends cavorting through the desert canyons. Of particular note, Uchis also co-directed the video in conjunct with New York-based photography duo WIISA, who add their own vintage twist to the edit.
