British snowboarder Billy Morgan has achieved a new feat in the sport of snowboarding — by landing the world’s first 1800 quadruple cork trick. The impressive maneuver requires the boarder to complete five rotations on a sideways or downward-facing axis. Having been considered impossible by some, Morgan has been training for this feat for some time, using crash pads to perfect the momentum and speed necessary for such a technical trick. Check out the video above, and expect to see more from Britain’s star snowboarder.
