The crew heads to Cape Town first to Honest Artisan Chocolate, a shop that values old-school traditional methods of handcrafting the confections that fill their display. In Tokyo, they meet Takatsugu Yamashita, the co-founder of Minimal who discusses playing with texture and size in an attempt to offer a more playful treat to his customers. Then, for their final destination, they stop at Chicago’s Chocolat to have a chat with its founder Uzma Sharif who puts a South Asian twist to her chocolates in homage to her heritage.
