Activision are set to resurrect the Guitar Hero franchise this fall, 10 years after its original release. The new incarnation of the once-popular series is set to be designed by FreeStyleGames, priced at $99.99 USD and will feature a more realistic guitar controller, first-person point of view, and a music video network entitled GHTV that will, according to Activision “allow participants to play along to official videos across various genres and challenge other online players of the same skill level.” The game will be available on PlayStation 3 and 4, Xbox One and 360, Nintendo Wii and, for the first time, mobile devices.
