One of four movies due to be released this year starring John Travolta, The Forger is a crime thriller starring Travolta as a thief who escapes from his prison sentence to reunite with his father (played by Christopher Plummer) and estranged son. The trio then plot to forge French Impressionist Claude Monet’s Woman with a Parasol in order to steal the real deal, in what looks to be a touching tale of family bonds and redemption.
