MF Doom will be reissuing an album from his pre-Doom act KMD via his Metalface Records endeavor. The album in question is Black Bastards, a 1994 effort that Elektra Records initially refused to release. Doom’s reissue will repackage the album as a children’s pop-up book, complete with two CDs and a 7” picture disc. Both a remastered edition of Black Bastards and bonus cuts will be included in the reissue. We can also expect to see a vinyl edition of Doom’s re-release in the coming months. For those interested, you can listen to the original edition of Black Bastards above. Metalface Records’ reissue of Black Bastards will hit retailers on April 18.
