One can argue that there’s never been a better time to be a musician from Atlanta. But just in case there was any hesitation to crown the southern city as possessing one of the most influential music scenes, rap trio Goldyard should help put your mind at ease. Made up of In-Doe, A.T. and Flick James, the ATL collective is doing things as they see fit by way of their latest aptly named offering F*ck Culture 2. Having already released a few tracks off the project such as “Runnin Sh*t” featuring Trinidad James, “Come Wit Dem Bands” featuring 2$ Fabo, and most recently “Freedumb,” the mixtape in its entirety is brimming with solid production, sleek flows, and catchy lyrical proficiency.
